"Former AAA customer that REALLY regrets switching to statefarm for auto insurance. AAA is worth the extra money for the superb customer service. Statefarm does NOT have any sense of urgency to investigate the claim when your car is damaged and is a pathetic runner up. Spoke to a rude claims phone agent named Tekoah when I asked for an adjusters name and an update on my auto claim when a man dented my passenger door. It had been 72 hours since I had gotten a claim number. After 3 days, I still had NOT gotten a missed call or email from an adjuster. Tekoah kept cutting me off mid sentence and when on lecture when I told her that the person that dented my door also had statefarm. Tekoah also raised her voice and said it could take up to 9 days for any movement on my claim. She has a lack of professionalism. 9 business days to start a damage claim is total crap!"
