"Good price but horrible service. I changed my auto and homeowners insurance over with Nathan. I got a good quote and a good price and I went ahead with it. I called after the policy started and asked for proof of insurance cards and a copy of my policy. I was told on 2 occasions on Friday that they would send them. Granted Nathan wasn’t available I still expect the employees who told me I would have them emailed to do so. I had been with GEICO for 36 years and this is my first experience with any other insurance company and I’m already thinking about switching back. I don’t mind paying a little more to get actual service especially when it’s something as serious as insurance. Hopefully they get better but this is just my experience with them."
