"I filed a great review last week as they saved me so much money, Today I get 2 get start beacons in the mail. They are driving trackers. I was never told about them, the rep never mentioned them, now I find the savings were tied to me using on my two drivers. This will be the fastest exit from an insurance company I have ever had. Bad Carma when they are sneaky and dishonest in their business dealings! Shame on you! I will be finding a new company who is upfront and honest. I am so pissed off. Buyer Beware."

"I cannot say enough good things about Sharon Layman’s StateFarm Team! I have dealt with multiple people on her team and have never had anything but professional, courteous and helpful. Today I spoke with Christian. I’ve never spoken with him before, but he quickly and easily worked with me to make some changes to our policy. He was kind, made suggestions to save me more money and took care of my needs in a short phone call. Honestly, this SateFarm team has saved me a considerable amount of money and are so easy to get in touch with. She has made her team feel like a small and personable business that is truly interested in helping her customer’s save money and get the coverage they need. I highly recommend Sharon and her team. They are awesome!"

"We transferred our polices to State Farm in January. We were assigned to Sharon’s office. We tried calling her numerous times but never heard from her until we requested a new agent in June. The agent we chose is licensed in Utah and Arizona. She tried telling us she couldn’t find him in her database. I found his license online. I do not recommend this agent. I will say Adrian in her office is wonderful. He has always helped us with any issues we have had. He is very professional and responsive."

I hate to send an email on the weekend because I know she will respond. But I do it anyway so I don't forget to follow up on whatever issue I may have. She and her entire team are quick efficient, explain things clearly and concisely. She has set up my complicated account in a way so I no longer receive all of the mail. I get an easy to read bill. I have NOTHING negative to say about Sharon and her team! They are all professional and courteous! Great job team!"
