"I have no problem with Sharon herself as after years of being a client I've never spoken to her, always a "team member". Fast forward to 3 days ago when I called to cancel my policy with Statr Farm and was given the runaround by Adrian, he told me a "specialist" would have to call me back to complete my request. Surprise noone ever called me back. I called the following day, again Adrian answered, I told him noone called me back to cancel my policy and I'd like to speak to Sharon. He said "ok if there's nothing else I can help you with have a great day" and hung up on me. Of course I immediately called back and this time spoke with someone named Nathan and he transfered me to someone else to cancel my policy. Still haven't had a phone call from Sharon after multiple requests. This is the level of customer service you can expect to receive from this agency, you've been warned people."

"I filed a great review last week as they saved me so much money, Today I get 2 get start beacons in the mail. They are driving trackers. I was never told about them, the rep never mentioned them, now I find the savings were tied to me using on my two drivers. This will be the fastest exit from an insurance company I have ever had. Bad Carma when they are sneaky and dishonest in their business dealings! Shame on you! I will be finding a new company who is upfront and honest. I am so pissed off. Buyer Beware."

"I cannot say enough good things about Sharon Layman’s StateFarm Team! I have dealt with multiple people on her team and have never had anything but professional, courteous and helpful. "We transferred our polices to State Farm in January. We were assigned to Sharon’s office. We tried calling her numerous times but never heard from her until we requested a new agent in June. The agent we chose is licensed in Utah and Arizona. She tried telling us she couldn’t find him in her database. I found his license online. I do not recommend this agent. I will say Adrian in her office is wonderful. He has always helped us with any issues we have had. He is very professional and responsive."
